- Separate but open dining room from lounge, with table and seating for five people plus 2 easy chairs
- Fully modernised bathroom on ground floor with WC, bath and shower over, with handrail alongside bath
- 3 bedrooms; double (with hairdryer) and beautiful views, twin room and a small single room
- Smoke alarms both floors and a CO2 alarm
- Handrails on the stairs for safety
- Heating all included
- Real fire with wood and coal all included
- All bed linen
- Tea towels (not bath or beach towels)
- Iron and ironing board
- Travel cot and high chair (on request)
- Rear porch for coats and boots etc.
- Private, secure and enclosed rear garden with table and chairs and two patios
- Parking to the rear off road, from a small gravel lane. Further parking on the quiet road if required, or in layby 50 metres away
- There's a BBQ for your use in the back garden and a lockable shed in case you need to store bikes etc
- We have also ensured that there are maps, brochures and leaflets of the area at the holiday cottage and information to help you plan your holiday in Northumberland
